Job Title: Freelance Medior SAP Functional Consultant (1-Year Contract)

Location: Belgium (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Medior Freelance SAP Functional Consultant to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP modules. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP configurations, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with industry best practices. Your expertise will enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and user adoption within our SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify SAP functional requirements.
• Implement and customize SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, or PP) based on business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices for process improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and other systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities.
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and propose solutions.
• Document processes, configurations, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with SAP updates and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, PP).
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.
• Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology is a plus.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori or UI/UX design for end-user improvements is beneficial.

Languages

• Fluent in English (required for collaboration).
• Fluent in French or Dutch (required for client/stakeholder communication).
