About the role We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our SAP team supporting international and local projects. The role focuses on Polish payroll processes , system configuration and advisory based on local labour law and regulations . Your responsibilities Configuration and enhancement of SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA) Handling incidents, service requests and ensuring timely resolution (SLA-based support) Supporting HR and Payroll users in their daily operations Analysing legal changes and implementing solutions aligned with Polish labour law, tax and social security regulations Participation in payroll runs, testing cycles and system improvements Preparing and maintaining system documentation Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) Strong knowledge of Polish payroll processes Hands-on experience in SAP HCM PA and PY modules Practical knowledge of Polish labour law, tax regulations and ZUS processes English – advanced level (B2+/C1) Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team Nice to have Experience in AMS / support projects Knowledge of SAP legal change management (LCM) Experience in international environments What we offer Flexible working hours / part-time options Remote or hybrid work model Private medical and dental care Benefit platform (shopping, cinema, sport) Co-funding of sports activities (Multisport, OK System, etc.) Training budget and certifications (e.g. Cloud, ITIL) Access to expert communities and conferences Wellbeing initiatives and work-life balance programmes Additional days off and seniority benefits Gifts for special occasions Participation in CSR and eco initiatives Recruitment process Short HR call Interview with Hiring Manager / SAP expert (MS Teams) Feedback within 1–5 business days Here at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
