About the opportunity
We are looking for SAP HCM Consultants at Junior, Mid-Level and Senior levels to join an established SAP consulting environment in Germany.
You will support and further develop SAP HCM solutions, analyse and optimise existing SAP HCM landscapes, and advise clients on HR processes and solution design.
Your responsibilities
Support and further development of SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, PE, PKP, ESS, MSS, FITV, with a focus on PY-DE and PT
Analysis, optimisation, and continuous improvement of existing SAP HCM system landscapes
Consulting clients on SAP HCM processes and solution design
Independent execution of sub-projects after onboarding
Remote client support with occasional on-site visits (approx. 20% travel)
Your profile
Junior:
• Initial experience or knowledge in SAP HCM environments
• Strong motivation to learn SAP HR processes
• German C1 minimum
• English is a plus
Mid-Level / Senior:
• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM
• Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA)
• Strong knowledge of German Payroll (PY-DE)
• Strong knowledge of Time Management (PT)
• Experience with SAP schemas, rules and payroll cycles
• Knowledge of OM, PE, PKP, ESS/MSS or FITV is a plus
• Interest or experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll is a plus
• ABAP development knowledge is a plus
• German C1 minimum
• English is a plus
