SAP HCM Global Program Manager

Job Description This is a remote position. Job Description: Global Program Manager Location: Remote / Travel may be required Type: FTE 75% over next 12-18 months Key Experience / Responsibilities Lead at least 5+ full lifecycle global implementations of SAP, SAP SuccessFactors EC Time; WFS, or Payroll. Manage multiple project workstreams at the same time across different regions and time zones. Direct project teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders from kickoff to go-live and support. Control project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans. Report project health, milestones, and roadblocks directly to executive leadership. Requirements & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT program management. Proven track record of delivering a minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementations of SAP and/or WFS / Time and Payroll systems. Deep hands-on experience managing concurrent, cross-functional workstreams in multinational environments. Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management business processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the C-suite level. PMP, Agile, or equivalent program management certification preferred.
