Role Summary

Hiring a Senior SAP Integration Developer to build and support integration flows across SAP HCM/SuccessFactors and connected systems, using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) as the primary development platform.

This is a hands-on developer role where deep, current CPI development experience and strong SuccessFactors integration knowledge are essential. The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-learning, and innovative, with the ability to learn and implement new BTP/Integration Suite capabilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test integration flows (iFlows) in SAP Cloud Integration / Integration Suite.
• Develop Groovy scripts for message mapping, transformation, and custom logic within iFlows.
• Build and support SuccessFactors integrations end-to-end, including OData API and REST API-based interfaces.
• Develop and maintain SOAP-based connections and IDoc-based interfaces between SAP and third-party systems.
• Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HCM/ERP and downstream/upstream systems, including payroll, benefits, time, ATS, and data warehouses.
• Configure and troubleshoot security artifacts, including certificates, OAuth, and credentials.
• Monitor integration flows in production, resolve errors, and implement alerting and logging.
• Support integration testing cycles and cutover activities for HR data migrations.
• Document integration specifications and technical designs for client and internal teams.
• Stay current on SAP Integration Suite and BTP capabilities and proactively suggest improvements to existing integrations.

Required Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) developer with multiple years of production experience.
• Hands-on development experience with OData APIs and REST APIs.
• Hands-on development experience with SOAP connections.
• Hands-on development experience with IDocs.
• Proven, hands-on SAP SuccessFactors integration experience.
• Experience working on HCM SAP solutions, including SuccessFactors and/or on-premise SAP HCM.
• Fluent English communication skills mandatory.
• Proactive, self-learning, and innovative working style with the ability to drive solutions independently.

Desirable Qualifications

• ABAP development experience.
• Hands-on experience with BIB (Business Integration Builder) and PTP (Point-to-Point) Replication for SuccessFactors.
• Cloud Connector configuration experience.
• SAP BTP administration experience.
• SAP Cloud Identity Services experience.
• Exposure to other SAP BTP services beyond Integration Suite.
• SuccessFactors basic administration experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• SAP Integration Suite services beyond CPI, including API Management and Event Mesh.
• CAP (Cloud Application Programming) application development experience.
• AI knowledge or familiarity with applying AI in SAP contexts.
• SAP Joule implementation experience.
• Node.js experience.
• Broader cloud solutions experience with any hyperscaler or SAP BTP-adjacent cloud services.
