About the role: As an SAP Migration Consultant, you will support the execution of data migration activities across SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Employee Central Payroll projects. You will work closely with senior migration consultants to prepare, validate, test, and document migration activities, ensuring the accurate and successful transfer of HR and payroll data while maintaining data quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Which tasks can you expect? Support data collection from client legacy systems Prepare and maintain migration templates Perform basic data validation and reconciliation activities Assist with data cleansing and correction initiatives Analyze migration errors and assist in issue resolution What do you have to offer? Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work in an international team environment Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English Willingness to learn SAP migration methodologies and tools Driver's licence Knowledge of SAP HCM/ SAP SF would be considered an advantage SD Worx values diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
