We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Manager to join a long-term SAP project within the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the delivery of an SAP project.
• Manage project planning, coordination, and follow-up activities.
• Track project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Support project governance, meetings, and status reporting.
• Identify and follow up on risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure effective collaboration across project teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PMO or Project Manager.
• Experience working on SAP projects.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working in a structured enterprise environment.
• Previous experience in the chemical industry is a plus.
• Must be based in Belgium.
• Available to start immediately or at short notice.
