SAP PPQM SME - Mexico (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PPQM SME (Production Planning & Quality Management Subject Matter Expert) with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP and QM processes supporting manufacturing operations across Mexico.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in production planning, demand management, MRP, production order management, shop floor control, batch management, quality inspections, quality notifications, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes.
• Support production planning and demand management.
• Manage MRP and production order processes.
• Support shop floor control and batch management.
• Support quality inspections and quality notifications.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support Mobile Data Entry (MDE)-enabled Simplified Push Delivery Processes.
• Support real-time:
• Production confirmations
• Inventory movements
• Material staging
• Delivery execution
• Operational visibility
• Integrate SAP PP/QM with:
• SAP MM
• SAP WM/EWM
• SAP OTC
• SAP FICO
• Logistics processes
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and solution design.
• Support configuration, testing, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, warehouse, and business teams.
• Drive process standardization and user adoption.
• Ensure scalable SAP manufacturing solutions across Mexico operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA PP/QM experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience integrating PP/QM with warehouse, logistics, and other SAP modules.
• Experience with MDE/mobile solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong business process and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to Ciudad Juárez twice per month.
