The main purpose of the role is to support international business locations operating on SAP S/4HANA as their ERP platform. Responsibilities Provide 2nd and 3rd level SAP S/4HANA application support for international locations Manage incidents, problems, and change requests, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions Support SAP implementation projects, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities Ensure stable business operations during critical activities and proactively identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with business teams, architects, developers, and external partners to deliver effective solutions Support and guide junior consultants by sharing knowledge and best practices Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP processes and support activities Occasionally travel internationally based on business needs Követelmények What you’ll need 5–7 years of experience in SAP application management, support, or project environments Hands-on experience with SAP ECC6 and/or SAP S/4HANA Strong understanding of SAP business processes and related modules Experience with SAP configuration and troubleshooting Experience with SAP implementations and post-go-live support in an international environment Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a strong advantage Degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes is an advantage Ability to work independently while being a strong team player Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills Excellent English communication skills Előnyök What we offer The opportunity to work for a large, international industrial organization with a strong focus on sustainability and long-term growth Collaboration with diverse, global teams Flexible working environment with hybrid and/or remote working options Freedom to contribute ideas, be creative, and learn from experienced professionals Opportunities for professional and career development Attractive benefits package
