SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FICO) Lead

Position: SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FICO) Lead

Location: Helsinki, Finland

Job Type: Contract - 6 months

Job Mode: Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in a week

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling workstream in implementation, conversion, and rollout programs.

• Facilitate business workshops, fit-gap analysis, and process design sessions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across MM, SD, PP, EWM, and Procurement.

• Lead configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing activities.

• Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover planning, and go-live activities.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory reporting, and internal controls requirements.

• Provide leadership during hypercare and transition-to-support phases.

• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with client stakeholders at all levels.

Skills / Experience:

• 2 to 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

• Strong working experience in General Ledger Accounting, General Controlling, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Assets Accounting and General Treasury Processes.

• Strong understanding of SAP FICO Best Practice process flows

• Strong understanding of IFRS, Tax and financial reporting requirements.

• Deep knowledge of integration with MM, SD, PP, Treasury, and third-party applications.

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.

• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.

• Experience in data migration, testing, and cutover management.
