SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect | Greenfield Transformation

📍 Location: Finland (Hybrid/ Remote)

💼 Type: (Freelance Contract)

We’re looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to join a major greenfield S/4HANA implementation and take a leading role in shaping the overall solution architecture.

This is a fantastic opportunity to influence a complex SAP transformation, work closely with senior Business, IT, Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders, and drive clean core, scalable and SAP-standard solutions.

🔹 What you’ll be doing

• Lead solution architecture and design across the S/4HANA programme
• Run discovery workshops, blueprinting and fit-gap analysis
• Establish architecture standards and governance
• Drive end-to-end SAP solution design
• Identify and manage integration, data and scalability risks
• Review designs from internal teams and third-party vendors
• Support programme governance, scope, timelines and estimates
• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders

🔹 What we’re looking for

• 15–20+ years of SAP experience
• Strong SAP S/4HANA architecture experience
• Proven greenfield S/4HANA implementation experience
• Strong end-to-end SAP understanding
• Experience with solution design, blueprinting and fit-gap
• Strong architecture governance and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of clean core principles
• Experience across complex SAP landscapes and integrations

🔹 SAP landscape

Experience with one or more of the following would be highly beneficial:

S/4HANA | EWM | TM | GTS | IBP | Yard Management | Labour Management

Experience with warehouse automation, global template rollouts or multi-country SAP programmes would also be advantageous.
