We're seeking a talented IT Strategy Consultant to join our team for multi-disciplinary, complex consulting engagements. As an IT Strategy Consultant at Kyndryl, you'll be responsible for delivering value to customers and Kyndryl by applying deep domain, technology, and industry expertise, consulting techniques, and cognitive approaches to analyze issues and create innovative solutions. You'll establish milestones, quality targets, and manage the work of others while possessing strong communication skills to articulate the impact and business benefits of your solutions and manage stakeholder expectations. In this role, you will use your experience and knowledge in guiding customers in their adoption of both major cloud and non-cloud technologies, including virtualization and containers. You will advise customers on technology options and help them make strategic choices and decisions. Additionally, you will have experience capturing and prioritizing complex requirements and resolving conflicting requirements. But that's not all – our IT Strategy Consultants have seen how organizations benefit from change and most importantly, know how to plan for it – giving our partners and customers the confidence to make a convincing case for it. As a trusted and experienced Consultant, you will be responsible for a vast number of essential technical components such as analyzing the customer's current state, defining IT Strategy including key outcomes, designing conceptual solutions, planning and executing design and implementation work (with support from technical specialists), and accounting for time, cost, and quality targets. You will also develop IP and own specific assets, tools, and white papers articulating point of views in a specific domain, assemble and lead a team of consultants and architects, and facilitate and capture lessons learned from engagements to update methodologies and assets. Lastly, as a transformational catalyst, you'll spearhead comprehensive modernization programs encompassing people, culture, process, and technology, revolutionizing organizations from within. Your Future at Kyndryl As an IT Strategy Consultant at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts. The salary range for this opportunity is 3,000 - 4,000 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team. Required Skills and Experience We are seeking a skilled SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise in SAP SD processes, a solid understanding of integration with other SAP modules, and hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and support. You will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and delivering enhancements to improve our SAP landscape. Key Responsibilities Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and customize SAP SD modules (Order Management, Billing, Delivery). Support SAP SD integration with MM, FI/CO, and other modules. Provide end-user support, resolve incidents, and ensure system stability. Lead workshops, training sessions, and documentation efforts. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for new implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. Ensure compliance with best practices, testing standards, and project governance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of SAP SD functional experience. Strong knowledge of SD processes (Order to Cash cycle, pricing, billing, credit management). Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations and/or global rollouts. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP Fiori applications for SD. Exposure to SAP CRM, Logistics Execution, or Transportation Management. Ability to work in Agile/DevOps environments.
