Sap Sales Distribution Analyst

We are currently supporting our global end client in their search for a SAP SD LTC Support Analyst. This is a permanent employment role.

This role is remote with travel around 20% of the time. More onsite preferred for candidates close to client sites.

The SAP Lead-to-Cash (LTC) Production Support Analyst is a hands-on techno-functional support professional responsible for maintaining the operational stability, reliability, and performance of Tennant's SAP S/4HANA and ECC Lead-to-Cash platform.

Operating within the Support Center of Excellence (CoE), this role serves as a support resource focused on incident resolution, root cause analysis, configuration support, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement. The analyst partners closely with business stakeholders, IT Support Leads, AMS providers, developers, and cross-functional SAP teams to diagnose issues, restore service, and prevent recurrence.

This individual is expected to operate as a hands-on problem solver who understands both the technical and functional dimensions of the Lead-to-Cash process and can independently drive issues from identification through resolution.

Experience

• 5+ years SAP functional or techno-functional experience supporting Order-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA production environments.
• Demonstrated success working in post-go-live stabilization and continuous support environments.
• Experience troubleshooting complex transactional, integration, and master data issues.
• Experience working with AMS providers and multi-vendor support models.
