Reporting to our Public Cloud Practice Lead, you will be the dedicated security specialist across multiple concurrent SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects and ongoing Aftercare support engagements, approximately 50% project delivery and 50% support. This is a client-facing role where your consulting skills matter as much as your technical ability. You will need to build trusted relationships with customers, run workshops, and lead security conversations across Australia. Remote / Flexible work from anywhere in Australia. Your tasks and responsibilities: Serve as the lead SAP Security resource across multiple concurrent SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects and support engagements Translate business and compliance requirements into SAP security configuration, role design, and authorisation concepts Design and implement security solutions within the SAP Public Cloud environment Run client workshops, lead security-focused meetings, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout project delivery Collaborate closely with functional consultants and project leads to ensure security is embedded from requirements through to go-live Provide ongoing security support and advice to clients as part of the Aftercare support model Analyse client requests critically and provide proactive guidance, including advising against approaches that may not serve the client's long-term interests Manage and context-switch across multiple projects and support queues simultaneously, maintaining quality and standards across all engagements Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Public Cloud practice team Your qualifications and experience Demonstrated experience as an SAP Security Consultant, ideally with hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud security experience Candidates with SAP Private Cloud or on-premise security experience will also be considered, provided there is a strong willingness to transition to Public Cloud Strong understanding of SAP security principles including role design, authorisations, and user administration Proven ability to manage client relationships, lead workshops, and run meetings with confidence and professionalism Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex security concepts into clear business language Ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and recommend the right long-term approach even when it differs from the client's initial position Comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams and switching context across projects and support tasks Adaptable and open to learning, not wedded to legacy ways of working or rigid past methodologies Consulting experience is highly regarded; candidates from end-user environments with a strong consulting mindset will also be considered Must have full working rights in Australia What we offer: Work with SAP’s latest technologies on cloud as S/4HANA, BTP and Joule A flexible and supportive work environment including work from home Competitive remuneration and benefits including novated lease, birthday leave, salary packaging, well-being programme, additional purchased leave, and company-provided laptop Comprehensive SAP training and certifications Join a renowned organisation delivering projects to some of Australia’s leading enterprises DyFlex is committed to providing a safe, flexible and respectful environment for staff free from all forms of discrimination, bullying and harassment.
