Requirements: Take responsibility for business process design, functional specifications, and implementation activities within SAP SD/CS. Conduct workshops and advise customers on SAP S/4HANA best practices. Support end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout projects across the Asia-Pacific region. Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Support pre-sales activities, including customer presentations and solution discussions. Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP SD and/or SAP CS with strong integration knowledge across SAP modules. Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Customer Service, and related business processes. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts. Experience supporting SAP projects within global environments. Strong knowledge of Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Returns, Customer Master Data, and Service Management. Experience with integration points across MM, FI/CO, and Logistics. Good communication skills and adaptability. Knowledge of ABAP is an advantage. Fluent in English (verbal and written).
