Hiring: SAP Service Delivery Manager 📍 Northville, MI & Skokie, IL (Onsite – 4 Days/Week) We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to lead large Managed Services programs, SAP implementations, and AI/automation initiatives. ✅ 15+ years SAP experience, 7+ years as SAP Service Delivery/Program Manager ✅ Hands-on in SAP FICO or Logistics (MM/LE/WM) & cross-module integration ✅ Led multiple large managed services programs & SAP Activate implementations ✅ Expertise in ITIL best practices, AI infusion, automation, chatbots & GenAI ✅ Strong stakeholder management, communication & leadership skills ✅ Drive delivery excellence, resource management & talent development 💼 Work Authorization: GC & USC Only Flexible work from home options available.
