SAP Service Delivery Manager - UK - £100K-£120K OTE

Our client is an exceptional consulting partner excelling in the AMS, SAP Cloud & BTP spaces.

They require an SDM to act as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.

The role entails:

• Owning contractual SLAs, operational KPIs, delivery costs, capacity and service performance.
• Leading, coaching and developing remote team members while building a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Driving continuous improvement across ITIL processes, operating procedures and knowledge management.
• Resolving technical, operational and process issues quickly, working closely with internal teams and customers.
