Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support and lead HR transformation initiatives across global HR environments. The role requires strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Performance Management, and Onboarding modules, along with experience in HR systems implementation, integrations, automation, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should combine functional HR process understanding with strong SAP SuccessFactors implementation capability and the ability to work across business, HR, payroll, IT, and external vendors in complex enterprise environments. Core Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects across Employee Central (EC), Performance Management, and Onboarding modules. Gather business requirements and translate HR operational needs into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions and workflows. Configure, optimize, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules aligned with HR processes, organizational structures, and compliance requirements. Drive HR transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, employee experience, and operational efficiency. Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party platforms including payroll systems, ATS, identity/access management, finance systems, and collaboration tools. Partner with HR, IT, payroll, and business stakeholders to define solution architecture, process flows, governance controls, and implementation priorities. Support SAP SuccessFactors release management, testing cycles, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and production deployment activities. Design and optimize onboarding and employee lifecycle workflows to improve operational scalability and user experience. Support performance management processes including goal management, appraisal workflows, calibration, and talent review cycles. Develop and maintain system documentation, process maps, configuration guides, and knowledge repositories. Drive automation initiatives across HR operations using workflow automation, approvals, integrations, and digital process optimization. Support HR analytics and reporting requirements by ensuring data quality, process integrity, and reporting readiness across HR systems. Coordinate with external implementation partners, vendors, and internal technical teams during implementation and support phases. Ensure compliance with data privacy, audit, security, and governance standards across HR systems and employee data processes. Support project planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery governance across multiple workstreams.
