A leading international player in the beverage and FMCG sector is seeking a Senior ERP Specialist. In this key role within the Digital & Technology department, you will be responsible for the reliability, continuity, and future-readiness of ERP solutions supporting core operations across supply chain, logistics, production, finance, and commercial functions. You will act as a trusted advisor, connecting business priorities with scalable SAP capabilities. Combining hands-on SAP ECC experience with a forward-looking view on SAP S/4HANA, process standardization, and digital integration, you will ensure seamless daily operations while steering major transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the lead technical owner and trusted ERP advisor, translating business requirements into robust, secure, and scalable SAP solutions
• Stewarding the core SAP ECC landscape while actively driving the transition toward SAP S/4HANA, the Digital Backbone, and standardized platforms
• Translating operational needs into functional and technical designs across application, data, process, integration, and security dimensions
• Coordinating ERP projects, changes, incidents, and improvements in close collaboration with functional teams, integration specialists, and global stakeholders
• Managing external SAP delivery partners and vendors, monitoring service quality, delivery performance, costs, and SLA adherence
• Leading specific project workstreams from initial design through implementation, testing, and organizational change adoption
• Driving continuous improvement, process simplification, and harmonization while balancing local operational needs with global IT direction
• Ensuring documentation, knowledge transfer, and support models are structured for long-term maintainability and compliance

Profile & Requirements

You are an analytical, pragmatic, and result-oriented ERP professional who excels in multidisciplinary, international environments. You combine strong technical depth with a solid business understanding and possess the communication skills required to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Information Management, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
• 7 to 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP ERP/ECC, SAP consulting, solution ownership, and complex ERP project delivery
• Broad end-to-end process knowledge across core SAP modules, including SD, MM, LE, WM/EWM, and FI/CO
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, system migrations, template rollouts, or large-scale ERP transformation programs
• Solid understanding of interfaces, middleware, data integration, SAP security, controls, and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, ITIL, Lean) and vendor management
• Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Dutch is a strong advantage)

Terms & Conditions

• Salary of max 140000 euro all in, on a yearly basis
• Full-time position with comprehensive secondary benefits and flexible working arrangements
• A secondment arrangement, this role is not open to freelancers.
