Role: SAP Success Factor Compensation and Variable Pay Consultant

Location : Remote- Canada ( The client is based in Canada, You can work remotely from the USA, but you will need to work according to Canadian business hours)

Priority: High

C2C and W2 both work- Independent Visa only (USA) / Canadian citizens

An SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Consultant configures, implements, and supports cloud-based total rewards and incentive programs for global organizations.

Key Requirement

• 10+ years working directly with SAP SuccessFactors, focusing heavily on compensation cycles.
• Configure compensation templates, route maps, guidelines, budgets, and eligibility rules.
• Build payout formulas, business goal mapping, and performance-related bonus schemes.
• Connect compensation data with core modules like Employee Central (EC) and Performance & Goals (PMGM).
• Run unit tests, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), fix configuration errors, and build compensation statements.
• Lead workshops with HR leaders to align business rules with software capabilities.
• Good to have Active certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
