to support our projects and clients.

Your main responsibilities
As a Lead Consultant, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects while acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.
You will contribute primarily to projects involving:
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM)
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead SuccessFactors implementation, rollout and transformation projects
Manage client relationships and act as the main functional point of contact
Facilitate discovery workshops and challenge business requirements
Design end-to-end HR processes and translate business needs into scalable solutions
Configure and validate Employee Central and PMGM solutions
Define implementation strategies and project roadmaps
Coordinate project activities with clients, partners and internal teams
Review solution design, configuration and project deliverables
Lead testing, deployment and go-live activities
Manage project risks, issues and escalations
Support change management and stakeholder engagement initiatives
Deliver executive-level presentations and steering committee updates
Mentor and coach junior and intermediate consultants
Contribute to delivery excellence, methodology and best practices
You may also be involved in:
Pre-sales activities and client demonstrations
RFP responses and solution proposals
Business development initiatives across the Swiss market
Development of Arago's HR Transformation and Talent Management offerings
Internal knowledge sharing and community leadership
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
Minimum
5 to 8 years of experience
in SAP SuccessFactors consulting
Proven experience leading international HR transformation projects
Strong expertise in
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Strong expertise in
Performance & Goals Management (PMGM)
One or more SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable:

Performance & Goals
Solid understanding of Core HR, Talent Management and HR operating models
Experience working with Swiss and international clients
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding consulting environment
Leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring consultants
Fluent French and English are mandatory
German is considered a strong asset
