SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant – Netherlands

Empiric is supporting a leading global organisation in the industrial sector with a requirement for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant.

This is a hands-on Employee Central role within a major enterprise HR environment. You will be responsible for configuring, supporting and enhancing Employee Central, with some involvement in Time Off, data migration, testing and production support.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and support.
• Experience configuring MDFs, foundation objects, business rules, workflows and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Strong understanding of employee data and SuccessFactors master data.
• Experience across the Employee Central lifecycle, including requirements gathering, workshops, configuration, testing, go-live and post-go-live support.
• Experience with data migration, data loads and data validation.
• Experience with functional testing, integration testing, regression testing and UAT.
• Proven ability to investigate and resolve incidents, defects and configuration issues.
• Some experience with SuccessFactors Time Off is beneficial.

Additional Experience

Experience with one or more of the following SuccessFactors modules would be advantageous:

• Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Learning/LMS.
• Performance & Goals.
• Compensation.
• Employee Central Payroll.

Nice to Have

• SAP SuccessFactors certification, particularly Employee Central or Time Management.
• Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using APIs, Integration Center, OData or SOAP services.
• Exposure to SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration/CPI, IAS or IPS.
• Experience supporting releases, upgrades and system enhancements.

Contract Details

Location: Beverwijk, North Amsterdam, Netherlands

Contract Setup: Freelance/B2B – Remote/Hybrid, with onsite attendance preferred

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
