About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and solution-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Expert to join our global team.
This is not a traditional system administrator role. We are seeking someone who can combine deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise with strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking capabilities.
You will play a key role in driving HR technology initiatives, optimizing processes, delivering meaningful analytics, and acting as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders.
What You'll Do
Lead HR Systems Projects
- Own and drive HR systems projects from planning through execution.
- Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide clear management summaries and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Ensure transparency, accountability, and effective communication throughout project delivery.
Be Our SuccessFactors Expert
- Lead initiatives within SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Manage mass data uploads, data quality improvements, and HR data governance activities.
- Design and support integrations using Integration Center and APIs.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and identify sustainable solutions.
- Support discussions with external vendors and implementation partners.
Drive Reporting & Analytics
- Design and optimize Story Reports that deliver actionable business insights.
- Advise HR teams on reporting best practices and scalable reporting solutions.
- Train stakeholders on reporting capabilities and data interpretation.
- Support advanced reporting and analytics requirements.
Partner Across HR Technology
- Support projects involving Payroll, Compensation, Goal Management, and Employee Central data.
- Contribute to initiatives that extend beyond standard SuccessFactors functionality.
- Collaborate on integration, automation, and SAP BTP-related solutions when required.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
✔ Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
✔ Experience with Integration Center and API-based integrations
✔ Advanced Story Reporting expertise
✔ Experience managing mass uploads and HR data projects
✔ Knowledge of Payroll, Compensation, and Goal Management processes
✔ Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to work independently and drive outcomes
✔ Advanced in English
