SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports Specialist

Would you be interested in joining a leading multinational company in the personal care and beauty industry as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist, in a hands-on, execution-focused role aimed at clearing critical reporting backlogs (specifically Time & Leave) with 100% remote flexibility?

At Oxigent Technologies, we are selecting an SAP SUCCESSFACTORS REPORTING SPECIALIST to join an urgent global project. This is an initial 3-month engagement (with a high likelihood of extension, backed by a permanent contract with Oxigent) focused strictly on hands-on delivery and report creation.

Your mission will be to step in from Day One with complete autonomy, resolving accumulated backlog requests by designing, building, and optimizing Story Reports (People Analytics) and operational reporting, with a heavy emphasis on Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Leave data.

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Hands-on creation, testing, and deployment of complex Story Reports (People Analytics / SAP Analytics Cloud embedded in SuccessFactors) to immediately clear the existing team backlog.
• Build advanced queries, calculated fields, and data models specifically focused on Time & Attendance, Absence, Leave, and Employee Central Core data.
• Translate functional HR reporting requests into production-ready analytical outputs, ensuring high data accuracy and validation.
• Identify and fix reporting inconsistencies, data gaps, or performance bottlenecks in existing Time & Leave reports.
• Collaborate directly with international HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to deliver urgent operational reporting views.

What will you need to succeed?

• Academic Background: Degree or Higher Vocational Qualification in IT, Computer Science, HR, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional Experience: Proven hands-on track record as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist or Functional Consultant, with expertise building Story Reports / Stories in People Analytics.
• Core Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Time Management, and Absence/Leave data structures alongside Employee Central Core.
• Languages: High level of English (C1 – mandatory) for daily communication with international teams and stakeholders.
• Nice to Have: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (standalone SAC), background in Time & Attendance/WFM integrations, or certifications in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting.
