SAP SuccessFactors (Time & Employee Central) - Portugal

What we're looking for

For an SAP SuccessFactors Time & Employee Central Consultant to join an international project with the following conditions:

Location: Remote (candidates must reside in Portugal)

English level: C1/C2 with active certification (mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Main Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, including Time Off, Time Tracking, Time Valuations and Accruals
• Translate client requirements into effective SAP SuccessFactors configurations
• Conduct requirement‑gathering sessions and support client workshops
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across multiple countries
• Ensure system stability, data consistency and compliance with global HR processes
• Participate in testing cycles, troubleshooting and deployment activities
• Support integrations related to Time and Employee Central
• Document functional specifications and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

If you have these skills

• Strong experience with SAP SF Time Management
• Solid knowledge of Employee Central
• Experience presenting system functionalities to clients
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in international environments and manage stakeholder expectations
• English level C1/C2 with active certification
