Job Overview : Currently, we are looking for an SAP Support Consultant Sales & Distribution to join our team. Position: SAP Support Consultant - Logistics Sales & Distribution Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Module: Sales & Distribution Added Input: Upon submission of your application, a link to a questionnaire specific to the applied role will be provided. Kindly ensure timely completion and response. Key Responsibilities: Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery. Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for Sales & Distribution processes. Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of SAP Sales & Distribution based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team. Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner. Required Skills and Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in SAP Sales & Distribution including strong understanding of SD processes and integration with other SAP modules. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain business, or other related fields. Hands-on project experience in SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage. Knowledge of ABAP or the ability to perform basic debugging is an added benefit. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet SLA commitments. Team player with the ability to collaborate with technical teams, business users, and regional stakeholders."
