SAP VIM Consultant

SAP VIM Consultant | 6-Month Contract | Remote

Interviews are taking place this week, so I’m keen to speak with experienced SAP VIM consultants who are available now or approaching the end of their current project.

The successful consultant will be working across both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, supporting the end-to-end VIM process and contributing to solution design, configuration, enhancements and troubleshooting.

Key experience required:

• 5–8+ years of SAP VIM experience

• Multiple end-to-end OpenText VIM implementations

• Strong experience across both SAP ECC and S/4HANA

• Hands-on experience with BCC and/or Invoice Extraction Service (IES)

• Experience across PO, Non-PO and down-payment invoice processing

• Approval workflow configuration

• Automatic derivation of G/L accounts and cost centres

• Experience with invoice ingestion through OCR, email, manual upload and IDocs

• Strong understanding of end-to-end VIM processes

• Ability to independently troubleshoot issues and work across functional teams

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• DRC integration and e-Invoicing experience would be advantageous
