SAP WM/MDE Lead – Mexico (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP WM/MDE Lead with strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) and Mobile Data Entry (MDE) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting end-to-end warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations within SAP S/4HANA environments.

This role requires proven experience leading warehouse process design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live support for manufacturing and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Warehouse Management solutions, including WM/EWM and MDE.
• Support end-to-end warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Implement and support Mobile Data Entry (MDE)-enabled Simplified Push Delivery Processes.
• Enable real-time inventory movements, outbound delivery execution, goods issue confirmation, barcode scanning, and warehouse transaction processing through mobile devices.
• Design and optimize warehouse processes to improve inventory accuracy, delivery visibility, and order fulfillment.
• Configure and support warehouse structures, storage bins, inventory processes, picking, packing, shipping, stock transfers, and cycle counting.
• Integrate SAP WM/MDE processes with SAP OTC, MM, PP, FICO, Transportation, and third-party logistics (3PL) systems.
• Lead fit-gap workshops and business process validation sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Support SIT, UAT, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Lead cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare, and post-production support.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, business, and IT teams to deliver scalable and efficient warehouse management solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM/EWM).
• Hands-on expertise with Mobile Data Entry (MDE) solutions.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management processes.
• Experience with:
• Warehouse structure and storage bin management
• Inventory movements and inventory accuracy
• Picking, packing, and shipping
• Outbound delivery processing
• Goods issue confirmation
• Stock transfers
• Cycle counting
• Barcode scanning and mobile warehouse transactions
• Experience integrating SAP WM/MDE with OTC, MM, PP, FICO, Transportation, and 3PL systems.
• Experience leading fit-gap workshops, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and distribution operations.

Location Requirement

Candidates must be based in Mexico and available to travel to Ciudad Juarez approximately two times per month.
