This individual will support the administration of Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plans (NQDC, Section 409A) and 401(k) retirement savings plans. This role partners closely with plan recordkeepers, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to support the successful delivery of savings plan programs. The Savings Plan Administrator will provide operational, analytical, and administrative support across a range of plan activities, including participant transactions, compliance monitoring, reporting, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working with data and managing details while helping deliver positive experience for plan participants and maintaining a high level of accuracy. What You'll Do Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plans (Section 409A) Support the annual Nonqualified Plan enrollment process for five NQDC plans by coordinating communications, reviewing participant data, and partnering with internal teams and vendors to ensure a smooth enrollment experience. Assist with the annual Highly Compensated Employee (HCE) determination process across multiple payroll systems to support plan eligibility and enrollment. Help administer participant distributions by reviewing elections, preparing distribution files, and coordinating payments with plan vendors and internal partners. Assist with employer discretionary contribution processes, including data validation, funding coordination, and participant communications. Respond to participant and business partner inquiries related to plan provisions, processes, and administration, escalating more complex issues as needed. Assist with maintaining participant education materials and communications to ensure information is accurate, clear, and up to date. 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Gather, validate, and submit participant data to plan vendor(s) in support of 401(k) compliance testing and other plan administration activities. Partner with HR Reporting & Analytics team and business stakeholders to develop and improve reports, tools, and processes that support efficient plan administration. Research and resolve data issues, participant concerns, and operational exceptions by working closely with internal teams and external vendors. Contribute to process improvement efforts, operational enhancements, and special projects that support the ongoing administration of savings plans. What You'll Need 4+ years of experience administering Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plans and 401(k) retirement savings plans. Experience working with Workday and PeopleSoft Payroll Systems preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage, validate, and reconcile complex data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with participants, vendors, and business partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The typical hourly pay rate for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. $30.77 - $46.15 Benefits are available to contract/temporary professionals, including medical, vision, and dental, and life and disability insurance.
