Senior Saviynt IAM Engineer / Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for strong Saviynt Engineers/Architects with hands-on implementation experience. This is not an operational support role. Candidates must have deep expertise in designing, developing, integrating, and implementing Saviynt Identity Governance solutions in enterprise environments.

Required Skills:

8+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.

4+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA/EIC implementation.

Strong experience designing and implementing RBAC, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows, Access Certifications, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Role Management.

Hands-on experience developing Technical Rules, User Update Rules, Workflows, ARS Forms, Approval Workflows, and Email Templates.

Experience onboarding applications using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, and native Saviynt connectors.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, and enterprise application integrations.

Experience with Saviynt Analytics, reporting, certifications, reconciliation, and provisioning.

Ability to troubleshoot complex implementation and integration issues.

Experience leading application onboarding, platform upgrades, and new Saviynt deployments.

Strong SQL and API integration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud identity integrations.

Knowledge of CI/CD and automation for Saviynt deployments.

Excellent communication and client-facing consulting experience.
