As a Scheduler on our Infusion Central Scheduling Team, you meet patients where they are—chair-side during treatment—helping plan what comes next while offering real-time support. We stay active, connected, and present. We walk the unit, partner with care teams, and help patients feel informed, supported, and cared for every step of the way. What you’ll do We stay close to patients and teams, balancing real-time support with behind-the-scenes coordination: We meet with patients during infusion visits to schedule and plan upcoming care We work chair-side in the infusion room, assisting patients in real time We manage appointments—scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations across sites We move between patient interaction and scheduling queues throughout the day We partner closely with nurses and clinic teams to keep everything running smoothly We help keep schedules accurate, organized, and on track We support team projects and training as we grow together What makes this role outstanding We build real, ongoing relationships with patients throughout their care We are part of the care team, not just behind it We play a key role in how patients experience MSK Are you someone who thrives when every day looks a little different? Additional information Hours: 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week (between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm) Schedule: 4 days onsite per week Location: NYC Locations - we have openings across various clinical sites on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. The exact location will be determined during the recruitment process.
