Scheduling Coordinator Location: Fully Remote Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM About the Role We are seeking a highly organized Scheduling Coordinator to support the coordination of time-sensitive healthcare-related collections that directly impact patient care. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and collection facilities, ensuring appointments are scheduled, tracked, and completed within critical timelines. Key Responsibilities Review and process scheduling requests within required timelines. Coordinate appointments with collection facilities and internal stakeholders. Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and appointment confirmations. Track and monitor time-sensitive requests to ensure deadlines are met. Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and logistical barriers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all scheduling requirements and restrictions are addressed. Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the scheduling process. Prioritize urgent requests while balancing multiple active cases. Provide proactive updates and follow-up to ensure seamless coordination. Required Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
