Role Overview
We are looking for a highly connected professional with strong relationships across schools in India to drive institutional partnerships and expand Taksheela's presence nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and manage partnerships with CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, and leading State Board schools.
· Develop relationships with Principals, Directors, Trustees, Chairpersons, Counsellors, and School Management.
· Introduce Taksheela's Career Counselling, Study Abroad, Profile Building, and Global Immersion Programs to schools.
· Organize seminars, workshops, career fairs, and parent engagement sessions.
· Identify new partnership opportunities and expand our school network across India.
· Collaborate with internal counselling and marketing teams to ensure successful program delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
· 8–10 years of experience in school outreach, institutional partnerships, education consulting, EdTech, educational publishing, or international education.
· Strong existing network with school Principals, Directors, Trustees, and senior leadership across multiple states in India.
· Proven track record of establishing and nurturing institutional partnerships.
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively across India.
