Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their scientific data, workflows, and technical requirements, ensuring successful solution deployment and adoption.
Customize and deploy Alchemi’s AI products, leveraging your expertise with scientific data to address unique client needs.
Partner with scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver robust and user-centric solutions, providing both technical and domain expertise.
Handle data ingestion, processing, and analysis tasks as part of deployment cycles, troubleshooting and adapting as needed.
Act as the technical point of contact during deployments, offering guidance and best practices for technical and data-related challenges.
Gather feedback and provide insights to help shape Alchemi’s product direction.
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with scientific data, research environments, or data-intensive products.
Previous experience at a tech startup or in an agile, fast-paced setting.
Strong technical communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
