Someone experienced working within and contributing to a talented creative team; someone who can manage team efficiencies, workloads and deadlines; someone who knows how to inspire the audience with innovative and compelling stories. Your Responsibilities and Skills: Creativity: Produce compelling storyboard ideas based on audience trends & analysis Leading & Communicating: Manage deadlines and expectations. Creating efficiencies: Work closely with our leadership team, in creating efficiencies and ways of working that maximise creative juices Motivate : Inspire the team through respect and experience. YouTube Metrics Analysis: Analyze key YouTube metrics and analytics, including AVD, CTR, Impressions, AVP, etc., to identify successful content elements and areas for improvement, informing storyboard development strategies. Competitor Analysis and Strategy Implementation: Study and ideate successful content storylines, styles, and strategies from competitors, integrating effective approaches into storyboard creation to enhance audience engagement. Meeting Participation: Participate in leadership meetings to discuss storyboard progress, provide updates, and collaborate with team members to refine ideas and address any concerns or challenges. Requirements: At least 3+ years of writing and/or leading a creative team Experience and understanding in YouTube Analytics and key metrics (AVD, CTR, Impressions, etc) Great communication and activeness. Ability to meet and understand deadlines. Knowledge and understanding of Minecraft, social media and pop-culture trends.
