As the Scrum Leader, you will support a software development team by enabling effective Agile execution, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement. In this role, you will help teams deliver high-quality software aligned with Program Increment objectives while strengthening Agile and SAFe practices in a practical, outcomes-focused environment. You will serve as a trusted facilitator, coach, and partner, helping teams navigate challenges, improve delivery flow, and create meaningful business impact. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Enable successful team execution by guiding iteration planning and delivery aligned with Program Increment objectives, quality standards, and sustainable work practices. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team events, including planning sessions, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other collaborative activities. Support Program Increment delivery through preparation for PI Planning, alignment of objectives, tracking of progress, and coordination of dependencies and risks. Identify and help remove obstacles that impact team effectiveness by collaborating with stakeholders and promoting timely resolution of issues. Improve workflow visibility, predictability, and team effectiveness through the thoughtful use of metrics, observations, and continuous improvement practices. Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous learning. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment built on trust, accountability, learning, and open communication. Partner closely with Product Owners, Product Market Managers, software engineers, quality teams, architects, DevOps professionals, security teams, and other stakeholders to support successful delivery. Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and leverage appropriate automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and team effectiveness. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience. Minimum of 4 years’ experience supporting software development teams in a Scrum Master, Agile delivery, iteration management, or similar servant leadership role. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and helping cross-functional teams deliver value through iterative development practices. Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe principles and practices. Experience identifying and resolving impediments, managing dependencies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams and diverse stakeholder groups. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience helping teams evolve Agile practices and adopt scaled Agile frameworks in a practical and sustainable manner. Experience supporting SaaS, cloud-based, enterprise, or continuously delivered software products. Experience using Azure DevOps or similar Agile planning and lifecycle management tools. Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones. Familiarity with software engineering, quality assurance, DevOps, cybersecurity, and product management practices. Relevant Agile certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, or similar credentials.
