We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple software development teams building enterprise-scale products on Microsoft Azure. This role serves as a servant leader, Agile coach, and delivery facilitator, partnering with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, DevOps, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

• Coach teams on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and high-performance delivery practices.

• Identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and support release planning.

• Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized, well-defined backlogs.

• Support Azure-based product delivery and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, QA, security, and operations teams.

• Promote AI-enabled delivery practices and responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools.

• Communicate delivery status, risks, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• 8+ years in Agile software development environments.

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting software engineering teams.

• Experience delivering enterprise software products and coordinating multiple Agile teams.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Azure-based product delivery, and modern AI-enabled development practices
