In this role, you'll champion agile practices, empower cross-functional teams, and help deliver meaningful results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities: Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices Remove impediments and blockers to ensure team velocity and productivity Track and communicate sprint progress, team metrics, and key performance indicators Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement Coordinate cross-team dependencies and stakeholder communication Requirements: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional setting Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Kanban, and Agile methodologies Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps Ability to build trust and motivate teams toward shared goals Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail About Us: Soccer Shots - Knoxville is a locally operated franchise of the nation's leading youth soccer program, dedicated to positively impacting children's lives through the power of sport.
