Responsibilities Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with practical knowledge of agile frameworks and techniques, and a deep understanding of technical concepts and industry trends. Facilitation & Coaching: Proficiency in facilitating agile events and coaching teams toward collaborative and effective interactions; exhibits leadership qualities by guiding and mentoring junior team members. Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within an agile context, paired with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities that simplify complex information for diverse audiences. Tooling: Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Stakeholder & Conflict Management: Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders, build strong collaborative relationships, and skillfully resolve conflicts within teams and with stakeholders Requirements: Requirements: Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company. Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders. Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time. Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles. trong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Project Management) or equivalent experience; Certifications: Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or equivalent certification.
