Job Title: Scrum Master Job Description As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a facilitator for ART level events and processes, including Value Stream Mapping, Roadmap creation, Backlog management, and Program Increment (PI) Planning. You will work as an Agile coach with mission owners, stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members to ensure alignment with Agile/DevSecOps principles. Your role will involve establishing and tracking key ART level metrics and improving the flow of value through Value Streams. Responsibilities Facilitate ART level events such as Product Owner Sync, Scrum of Scrums, PI Review, Demonstrations, Retrospectives, and Inspect and Adapt Workshops. Establish and track key ART level metrics and communicate them to program and technical leadership. Improve and assess DevSecOps and Release on Demand practices in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. Facilitate Regular System Demos to ensure objectives are met and present features to stakeholders. Assess the Agility level of the ART and drive relentless improvement through training and skills path guidance. Essential Skills 3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree. Secret Clearance. Industry recognized Agile certification (Scaled Agile, Scrum.org, Scrum, Inc., Scrum Alliance, or PMI). Demonstrated Program/Project Management and leadership skills. Ability to lead multi-functional teams and coordinate work with common goals. Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfortable imparting knowledge and guiding leaders and Agile teams on scaling principles. Experience driving continuous improvement across diverse stakeholder groups. Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
