Scrum Master

Job Summary: We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and ensure effective execution of development activities using Scrum methodologies and Jira-based workflows. Key Responsibilities: Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Manage Jira boards, backlog prioritization, and sprint tracking Identify and remove blockers to ensure team productivity Track and report team performance metrics and velocity Coordinate across teams and stakeholders Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead Strong experience with Jira and Agile frameworks Experience working with software development teams Excellent communication and facilitation skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cloud or AWS-based projects Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams Other requirements: US Resident | US Citizenship Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English) Work Modality: Hybrid Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico Benefits and Perks: We believe in supporting our employees’ well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
