Job Title: Scrum Master Employment Type: Contract to Hire Location: Houston, TX Position: (Must be willing to work 4 days a week onsite in downtown, Houston) Only USC/GC Job Description :- The Scrum Master should have and meet the following requirements: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage and facilitate the scrum team’s daily work, including executing Sprint ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) Collaborate with Product and Platform Owners to understand the vision, mission, and OKRs to facilitate work effectively and efficiently Identify and remove obstacles or impediments faced by the team to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency Ensure team follows the Scrum practices and seeks to improve how we’re working Preventing people outside the team from assigning team members work, changing their priorities, or impairing the team’s ability to make and meet commitments Build team cohesion and collaboration, instilling a team identity and culture Manage team dependencies, risks, and opportunities Attend relevant syncs, planning sessions, and all demos Coach and mentor team members in adopting Agile practices and fostering a truly Agile mindset, including ownership, self-management, and empowerment Flexible work from home options available. Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
