You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals. What you will bring 🤝 • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. • Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives. • Experience working with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders. • Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks, preferably SAFe. • English level B2+ or higher. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices across distributed teams while helping remove impediments and improve collaboration. You will support continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and contribute to increasing stability, alignment and value delivery within a complex SAFe program.
