We Are Hiring: Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach
Are you an experienced Scrum Master who thrives in complex environments, drives change, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo? We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach to lead a critical transformation initiative within our project.
This is not a traditional Scrum Master role. We need a confident agile leader who can step into a challenging environment, restructure teams, and drive agile excellence across multiple squads.
Your Mission
As the sole Scrum Master / Agile Coach on the project, you will work directly with Project Leadership and Product Owners to transform the current setup into a high-performing agile organization.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary Scrum Master and Agile Coach for the AIDA project, partnering closely with Project Leadership and Product Owners.
Analyze the current team structure and lead the transition from an unstructured setup into two autonomous, high-performing Scrum teams.
Establish and facilitate Scrum of Scrums and cross-team synchronization practices to manage dependencies, backlog alignment, and delivery coordination.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies across both teams, including:
Proactively identify, own, and resolve impediments from start to finish rather than simply escalating issues.
Challenge stakeholders, Product Owners, and leadership constructively when priorities, scope, or processes conflict with agile principles or team health.
Foster self-organization, team autonomy, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Coach stakeholders, leaders, and the wider organization to improve overall agile maturity.
What We're Looking For
Agile & Project Experience
5+ years of hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Coaching experience in software development environments.
Proven experience working within multi-team or scaled agile environments, such as:
Demonstrated ability to lead team reorganizations and support organizational change initiatives.
Experience operating independently as the sole Scrum Master on an engagement.
Strong English communication skills (mandatory).

Leadership & Soft Skills
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly communicative, proactive, and assertive
Comfortable challenging assumptions and pushing back constructively when needed
Strong in facilitation, coaching, and change management
Empathetic, culturally aware, and resilient
Experienced working with diverse, international teams
German language skills are a plus, but Fluent English is mandatory.
