Mosaic Conseil is a boutique consultancy where we focus on the rigorous rebuilding of business artifacts. We are currently engaged with a leading Italian logistics firm based in Italy to overhaul their operational frameworks and financial models. To support this engagement, we are adding a Scrum Master Internship to our remote team. This role is not about managing people: it is about organizing technical flow and ensuring our evidence-based process remains disciplined as we take apart and reconstruct complex logistics data structures.
About Mosaic Conseil
Mosaic Conseil operates as a small, remote workshop dedicated to rebuilding one business artifact at a time. Whether it is a three-year plan, a pricing grid, or a diligence file, we take things apart on the bench and put them back together against the evidence of the invoice ledger. The process is personal and focused. Every file carries two names on the cover: one person who builds and one who argues against what was built. This ensures that every assumption is tested before a file closes. We do not work on standing retainers and we do not produce slide decks. Instead, we return the same artifact you sent, redrawn by hand and supported by a written argument. We keep the workshop small on purpose to ensure that the people who do the work also answer their own phones.
What you would do
In this role, you will facilitate the coordination of our builder and challenger pairs as they work through the logistics firm project. This is a fully remote position that requires a high degree of organization and attention to detail. You will oversee the rhythm of our work cycles, ensuring that every model and written argument moves through the required stages without friction. Your daily activities will include:
- Maintaining the queue of business artifacts scheduled for reconstruction.
- Facilitating the transition of documents from the builder to the challenger.
- Monitoring the timeline for the ninety day telephone support window for completed files.
- Removing blockers that prevent our analysts from focusing on deep work.
- Updating our internal tracking systems to reflect the progress of the Italian logistics project.
- Ensuring that every file has both a builder and an arguer assigned before work begins.
- Organizing the schedule for the few, essential meetings we choose to hold.
Helpful background
This is an internship intended for those early in their career or currently completing their studies. We value intellectual curiosity and a disciplined approach to work over years of experience. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- A basic understanding of Agile principles and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to articulate organizational needs clearly.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment without constant supervision.
- An interest in how logistics networks, financial services, or software companies operate.
- The ability to follow an evidence-based process and respect the builder/challenger dynamic.
- Familiarity with digital task management tools.
- A preference for deep, focused coordination over typical corporate theater.
How we work
Our workshop is independent and focused on the evidence at the floor of the business. We focus on four specific rooms: financial services, industrial networks, growing software companies, and healthcare systems. By staying small and remote, we remain independent. The work is handled on paper and backed by a telephone number that answers for ninety days. There are no meetings we did not schedule. We prioritize written arguments because they require more thought than a slide deck. As a Scrum Master Intern, you will be the guardian of this process, ensuring that the friction between our builders and challengers remains constructive and that every file is finished to our exact standards before it is returned to the client.
What the role offers
This is a paid internship, and the pay is competitive for the role and the current market. Because we are a fully remote organization, you will have the autonomy to manage your work day from your own dedicated space. You will gain direct insight into how a boutique consultancy operates at a high level of precision. We provide an environment free from unnecessary meetings and administrative clutter, allowing you to focus on the mechanics of project flow and organizational discipline. You will work closely with experienced professionals who respect the time and focus required to produce high-quality business artifacts. The experience gained here is grounded in the reality of invoice ledgers and business evidence, providing a solid foundation for a career in project management or consultancy.
The work we do is slow by design. We do not rush to meet arbitrary deadlines, but we do hold ourselves to a strict standard of evidence. Every artifact we return to a client must be able to stand up to ninety days of scrutiny. Organizing this process requires someone who values the quiet discipline of a well-run workshop and understands that effective coordination is the foundation of deep work.
