Scrum Master Internship

We are looking for a Scrum Master Intern to join our team as we support a prominent Spanish logistics firm. This client is currently working to improve its internal coordination, and we are helping them move from informal habits to a repeatable rhythm that supports their growth. In this role, you will see how agile principles apply to complex, real world operations beyond just software development.

About the Role

In this role, you will support the daily activities of a project team working with our logistics client. You will focus on maintaining a clear rhythm, helping the team stay focused on their immediate priorities, and ensuring that no task falls through the cracks because of poor documentation. This is a fully remote position that requires a high degree of organization and a calm approach to problem solving.

What You Will Do

• Facilitate daily check ins and planning sessions to keep the team aligned.
• Maintain the project board and ensure that every task has a clear owner.
• Write concise summaries of meetings that focus on decisions and next steps.
• Identify where the team is slowing down and suggest simple ways to clear those hurdles.
• Support senior advisors in preparing weekly progress updates for the client.
• Help the team stick to their agreed working patterns without adding unnecessary red tape.
• Update documentation so that the history of decisions is easy for anyone to find.
• Assist in organizing retrospectives to help the team improve their internal habits.

• Previous experience in a role that required coordination, such as a university project or a part time job.
• Studies in business, management, technology, or a related field.
• Interest in logistics or supply chain operations.
