Certified and results-driven Scrum Master with extensive experience in leading Agile teams and delivering complex projects across diverse business domains. Strong experience in tracking and reporting Agile metrics including velocity, sprint burndown, capacity planning, and release progress. Expertise in risk identification, dependency management, and proactive mitigation planning to ensure successful project delivery. Facilitated PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and cross-team coordination in SAFe Agile environments. Driven process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, predictability, and customer satisfaction. Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and mentoring skills with the ability to build high-performing, self-organized teams.
