Position Title: SD-WAN Implementation Specialist Position Type Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: Munich, Frankfurt or Dusseldorf, Germany (or remote from Germany) Contact: Bojan Ulemek | +49 89 23 88 98 671 Responsibilities Development of HLD/LLD to win Customer Project Development and Testing of the Services at each of the Platform and Services Post sales Support Function to help Customer Success Routing/Switching MPLS, VPN experience. Platform Owner Function, Capacity Management Test LAB Support and Sales Trainings All Over Engineering Tasks Technical consulting for SD WAN solution customers (platform configuration in preparation for the rollout) Fill out ECDC (End customer data collection form) for complex customer solutions Attend technical SD WAN rollouts (remotely) Process customer requestor changes together with our partner, who is responsible for the technical implementation Continuous improvement of processes Required Skills Technology: Cisco Meraki & Fortinet - SD-WAN, SD-LAN & Wi-Fi - if possible, SASE Services as well for each technology Language: German and English
