What you'll bring to the table 4+ years of pharmaceutical or CRO experience as a SAS Programmer supporting clinical trials and regulatory submissions Deep expertise in CDISC/SDTM standards and a thorough understanding of the clinical development lifecycle Exceptional SAS programming skills (Base, Stat, Graph) and comfort working across complex, multi-source data environments Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and driving quality outcomes A degree in a relevant scientific discipline (BA/BS or above) The agility to adapt quickly, prioritise effectively, and lead through ambiguity — because clinical development rarely stands still Why BMS?
