POSITION SUMMARY: Manage and support the daily operations, workflows, and personnel of Radiology Partners’ SEAL team. Ensure radiology cases are assigned and read by radiologists in a timely manner. Monitor real-time performance and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency. Use strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and resolve issues quickly. Maintain organization, reliability, flexibility, and a results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze and manage large datasets. Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as needed Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and apply creative problem-solving to resolve issues efficiently. COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $55,000.00–$65,000.00 . Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
